Nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, our venue offers a picturesque backdrop, professional-grade kitchen, and warm hospitality to support your one-of-a-kind dining event. Enjoy seamless logistics, optional enhancements, and a setting that honors sustainability and style.

  • Flat event rental fee: $500/day
  • Chefs are responsible for their own ingredients, setup, cleanup, and photography
  • All food must be 100% vegan, including no honey
  • Chefs set their own ticket pricing and are expected to bring their audience (we cross-promote)
  • Optional enhancements include vegan wine curated by Frances Gonzalez and guided veganic farm tours with Eric Linn
  • Access to preferred vendors for rentals, décor, and photography
