The Property
The property spans 16 acres along the Wallkill River in the Hudson Valley, located in Gardiner, New York. The land includes open space and river frontage, offering a quiet rural setting while remaining accessible. At the center of the property is a large, modern house designed to accommodate both comfort and gathering. The home features a spacious dining and meeting area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a primary suite. A separate trailer on the property provides additional flexibility for use or accommodation.
