The Property
The property spans 14 acres along the Wallkill River in the Hudson Valley, located in Gardiner, New York. The land includes open space and river frontage, offering a quiet rural setting while remaining accessible. At the center of the property is a large, modern house designed to accommodate both comfort and gathering. The home features a spacious dining and meeting area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a primary suite. A separate trailer on the property provides additional flexibility for use or accommodation.

Our event spaces combine inviting indoor gathering areas with expansive outdoor settings immersed in nature. Designed for weddings, bachelorette parties, retreats, and private celebrations, the interior features an open living and dining area ideal for shared meals and group activities, along with a fully equipped kitchen for on-site catering.
