Gardiner is a small town at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains, known for its hiking, climbing, and protected natural areas. The farm is close to New Paltz, and within an easy drive of Beacon across the river. It’s roughly two hours from both New York City and Albany, making it accessible for weekend visits and retreats.

There is a decent view of the Gunks from the farm, but we are very close to the Shawangunk Scenic Byway, where you can drive or bike for sweeping views of the Gunks. And they are a short drive away for a hike.
