Join us on May 2nd for a stunning multi-course, plant-based feast inspired by the bold, soulful traditions of Mexican cuisine — built entirely from what's growing and thriving right here in the Hudson Valley this season.

And this year, we're adding something new: dance lessons to warm up the night before we sit down to eat. Learn the steps, feel the rhythm, and arrive at the table with a full heart.
