Our yoga practice is an embodied balance between energy and ease. Start your day with alignment-based vinyasa — a perfect preparation for a day of nature immersion and creativity. In the evening, we shift toward restorative yoga and mindfulness, using gentle support and quiet observation to prepare the body and mind for restful sleep. You will leave the mat feeling an embodied harmony — both energized and grounded.
Conscious Cooking
The heart of this retreat is found in the kitchen. Join us for two transformative workshops where you will use produce harvested directly from the land to prepare balanced, delicious, and nourishing meals. Gain deep insight into the flavors and techniques that will support your balance through the new season ahead. Learn the essence of holistic nutrition and Ayurvedic cooking; our menus and frameworks will give you the inspiration and confidence to cook with intuition and gusto.
Interconnection
This retreat is curated for you to remember the vital connection between how we move, how we eat, and our relationship to the land. We hold space for nature immersion through guided mindful walks along the riverfront, evening gatherings under the stars, and the simple, profound joy of communal dining.

Inspired by the Inner Wellness Studio philosophy and guided by Diego's lifelong dedication to Ayurvedic cooking and Tanamá's passion for education, our kitchen becomes a sanctuary for learning. You will see how we source, prep, and spice food utilizing the Veganic harvest grown right here at Little Logan's Farm.

The founders of Inner Wellness Studio, dedicated to the art of holistic living.
Diego brings over 20 years of experience to the wellness field as a Yoga & Mindfulness educator, Integrative Nutrition health coach, and conscious cooking chef. While his background includes time in retreat and restaurant kitchens, his true passion lies in curating authentic spaces to reconnect with the healing potential of food and mindful living.
Tanamá is a professional educator and certified consultant specializing in the seamless integration of Yoga and Ayurveda. Her expertise lies in creating structure and clarity, helping practitioners weave ancient wellness principles into the rhythm of modern life.
Diego & Tanamá are also the founders of iSeva YogAfrica, a non-profit dedicated to making holistic wellness practices accessible to marginalized communities across South Africa — from townships to rural spaces. When you join this retreat, you're part of a lineage of practice that gives back.
